Meet Kelly Hermans!
Kelly is a CRNA, and the founder of Beautiphi Aesthetic Boutique and Beautiphi Academy in Rochester, Mi. She is a renowned expert in the beauty & aesthetic industry, and continues to broaden her own knowledge while working as an advisor for both national and global aesthetic companies. With a passion for helping others achieve their full potential, Kelly and her staff are dedicated to empowering medical professionals to love their jobs again. Beautiphi Academy has trained and helped over 625 medical professionals build successful injectable businesses - enabling them to take back their freedom from busy hospital & clinic schedules.
The vision of Beautiphi Academy, is based off both her good and bad experiences with aesthetic trainings since 2018. She priortizes anatomy and safety, while incorporating how to achieve goals, and she does this through Beautiphi Academy's comprehensive online courses and immersive hands on training. After realizing how important it was to complete didactic learning before treating a model, she created online courses and modules to watch again and again before you dive into small group hands on training in her busy medical spa. The Novice courses give the trainee a firm foundation on how to consult and choose patients, as well as how to treat them with toxins, dermal fillers, PRP, micro needling, chemical peels, and skincare. The Advanced courses focus on advanced toxin techniques, advanced dermal filler techniques with cannula, Radiesse, PRF, as well as how to incorporate full face treatments with multiple modalities & devices for best patient outcomes. The Business course goes over why Kelly started her Aesthetic practice, how she did it, costs, malpractice, requirements and more. She believes in Community over Competition and will share every piece of knowledge she can to help you succeed!!

Immersive Training
Beautiphi Academy offers extensive hands on training, providing an experience you can't get in a hotel or conference room! With a focus on safety, efficacy, and achieving optimal results, you'll come to Beautiphi Aesthetic Boutique and participate in small, 2:1 groups while injecting. That means you and your training partner are paired up with a Beautiphi staff member for an intimate hands on training!! Beautiphi Academy is designed to equip injectors with the knowledge and skills needed to provide quality treatments and services to their patients. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your expertise, our courses provide the perfect platform to take your skills and career to the next level!
Aesthetic Certification
At Beautiphi Academy, we understand the importance of formal recognition for your achievements and hard work. That's why we offer a certificate of completion for all our courses, and will soon be accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and AANP!. This ensures that our graduates are recognized for their knowledge and expertise in the industry and have the credentials to stand out in the competitive medspa field.
